The challenge

ING is a bank that wants to offer its customers simple, quick financial solutions wherever they are, 24 hours a day. They are pioneers in the Dutch banking industry.

ING contacted us as they wanted to create a digital corner to introduce online banking to their customers. They asked us to help them create a simple shop-in-shop solution no larger than 5 mthat could be used to introduce online banking to their customers in a simple, clear way.

The solution

With ING, we developed a ‘Digicorner’, a small, aesthetically pleasing solution at which customers can familiarise themselves with online banking by trying it out on various mobile devices. It was a full service project that, in addition to the development and design of ING’s Digicorner, also included our value engineering, project management, logistics and installation.

The solution is a perfect example of craftsmanship. It is a modular product made of various high-quality materials that are seamlessly combined. Solid surfaces, steel and leather together create a luxurious, comfortable feel with a modern look.

The result

Without extensive knowledge of project management and long experience of installation work, we would have been unable to implement such a large installation project in so many locations at the same time. The rollout of Digicorners was smoothly synchronised at 186 ING branches. The client was very satisfied.
