The fashion company C&A has opened a new flagship store in Zurich. On six floors with a total of 2,500 square meters, consumers can expect a well-organised and relaxed shopping experience. The sales space is equipped with new, digital service offers, large-format LED screens & video projections to inspire consumers and provide guidance.
Customers can individually design their clothes in the design studio using printing and laser technology. The new store is more than just a place to shop and inspires to stay and enjoy.
The fitting rooms themselves have a special feature: customers can use touchpads to call a salesperson and ask for other sizes, colours or models. With this digital solution, the company is demonstrating a new understanding of service.
C&A's #WearTheChange label stands for the company's more sustainable products and initiatives, and conveys the brand's vision of establishing sustainability as a matter of course.

The lighting planning was a great challenge due to low ceiling heights and a difficult geometric building. The use of track lights and spotlights creates a very flexible solution and sets the merchandise in an ideal stage. The linear light profiles supports the young and modern new concept. Highlight areas are additionally emphasised by lighting squares.
The perfect combination of interior and light make the consumer journey more attractive and creates a completely new in-store experience for C&A. Design and service features create a new inspiring sales environment. The customer has a clear image to navigate the store and to find the offline and online services.
