We appreciate that it can be difficult to schedule any maintenance activity in the store when your focus is on looking after your consumers. Our trained engineers can help you with the replacement of all required parts as well as completing extensive planned preventative maintenance across your estate. At ITAB we can also offer a wide range of services designed to deliver against your unique service level agreement.  


With more than 40 years of experience and our own production of equipment and fittings, we offer a wide range of services, helpdesk, remote support, software & hardware, dedicated SLA to match expectations. Spares pool management, asset tracking. Real-time sign off, preventative maintenance, ITAB’s infrastructure and knowledge combined with customer focus and enthusiasm for delivering the highest quality service means that we are available seven days per week, providing technical support to maintain the estate.
