The store reflects our shared commitment with Pets at Home for retail excellence. By optimising in-store space and enhancing the customer experience, ITAB has supported Pets at Home in expanding their range of pet services, creating a go-to destination for both pets and the people who love them. ITAB offered an end-to-end service from design development, prototyping, and installation, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Creating a go-to destination for pet owners
ITAB were responsible for delivering and installing various key areas throughout the store, including the brand-new Pets Kitchen, Health and Wellbeing sections, event spaces, checkout areas and various displays. Our team worked closely with Pets at Home, providing end-to-end services that included design interpretation, technical drawings, value engineering, material selection, prototyping, quoting, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.

As part of the store’s refurbishment and expansion, ITAB have developed equipment throughout the store that improve operational benefits. Premium product fixtures give Pets at Home flexibility for their leading product lines, marking another successful collaboration with a valued customer.
