Farmacia Prenestina (d.ssa Betti)
Retail concept with store design, furnishings, and communication
The objectives of the Betti pharmacy project were:
- Enlargement and remodeling of a new purchased room
- New Image and greater visibility from the road
- Increase sales surface
The pharmacy is located in a very populated neighborhood on the outskirts of Rome and on a busy road: the Prenestina street. The objectives were achieved by developing a layout which, following the rectangular layout of the room and after the merging of the room alongside, allowed the pharmacy to increase the sales area (3/4 commercial area) and to insert a multifunctional booth to improve the services offered by Dr. Barbara Betti who with her professionalism and ability has made the pharmacy a reference point for the neighborhood.
Even with such a simple shape, the height of the rooms allowed to play with the false ceilings and colors, to enliven the space and create focal points (with the use of standard F25 shelving) for areas such as cosmetics, the “natural” department and Pure counters. The goal of visibility was achieved by creating a logotype with a strong impact but attributable to tradition and changing the pharmacy's naming from: "Betti pharmacy" to "Prenestina pharmacy" (by Dr. Betti), to communicate that the pharmacy has become new and larger, not only in the spaces but also in the conception and opening to the street in which it is located.
