Telecom is a competitive business, where you need to stand out to succeed. When Tele2 launched the project to redesign their stores, one of the main challenges was to bring out the true Tele2 values. The retail design should deliver a unique service, and tell the story about courage, passion and care that represents the Tele2 brand.
Interior, layout, and lighting
To create a completely new store concept that matched these requirements, ITAB helped with all retail design, across interior, layout and lighting. Aspects such as security, digital interaction, consumer flow and merchandising were evaluated carefully.
Consumer-focused, customisable retail design
The result is a consumer-focused brand experience where traditional barriers between staff, product and customers are broken down. The flexible and moveable furniture makes it possible for the staff to reconfigure the traditional retail layout to a workshop space, or even a product launch, without compromising the perception of the brand. Digital interaction further improves the experience of their products.
