Proximus is one of Belgium’s biggest employers. As a telecommunication company, they have the ambition to connect everyone and everything, so people live better and work smarter.
In the past years, Proximus has had to rethink how they brand themselves. They have gone from being a monopolist to a competitive market player.
ITAB has successfully delivered about hundred stores for Proximus in Belgium with a “Shop of the Future” concept.
When Proximus wanted to finnish the rollout with the realization of two eye-catching flagship stores on A-locations in Brussels and Antwerp, it was natural to turn to ITAB once again.
In order to meet the high expectations from Proximus, ITAB adapted the existing shop concept to create some remarkable elements to increase the quality and the experience level in the store. The aim was to create a central illuminated high element integrated in the construction of the store as an eye-catcher for the services that Proximus offer their customers.
The project resulted in two functional flagship stores that reminded of the other Proximus stores, but with a perception of higher quality.
ITAB delivered the whole project, from design to production and installation.
