Seamless entrance & checkout service increases conversions and sales
ITAB worked closely with Hemkop to design the entrance gates to help guide the consumers into the store and reduce backflow.
The new checkout zone and combined Sesame offer provided an increased service level to consumers for those with fewer items to fast check-out by themselves, which in turn reduced the number of walk-outs. This approach helped improve the customer journey and overall throughput which in turn supported increased conversion and sales.
