A well-known Lithuanian supermarket, Skai Baltija, approached ITAB to reimagine their Baltic flagship store.
Skai Baltija was seeking a solution provider to provide an end-to-end approach, from concept design to delivery.
They are perceived as a premium grocery retailer, attracting more affluent consumers who put experience and service ahead of price.
ITAB focused on a range of interior, retail technology and checkout solutions to improve the in-store experience, improve consumer engagement, and influence purchasing behaviour to increase sales.
Repurposed fixture design
Skai Baltija was seeking readymade equipment solutions to provide flexible solutions, while meeting budget pressures and time constraints.
Taking a design-led approach ITAB, was able to repurpose a varity of new equipment solutions making use of existing design standards.
This was achieved through simple adaptations of design, material specification and colour, meeting the customer and enhancing a long-standing partnership.
