ITAB’s proven third customer function makes it possible to assist a third consumer while the two previous ones are packing the goods that they have purchased. The speed of service increases by almost 30 %. By putting the goods one after another on the conveyor belt, scanning of items will be done faster and maximise service efficiency.

Reduce operational cost

We also create hybrid solutions where a conventional checkout quickly can be turned into an SCO, or some of our checkout models are developed for being positioned close to the SCO area so that the attendant could efficiently serve the consumers' in the self-checkout zone and through manned checkout if needed.
