The ITAB team brought to life a next-generation, sustainable experience in postal services for our client, Omniva.

In the ever-changing retail market, it’s easy for businesses to get left behind, Omniva refused to let this happen. Working closely with Omniva, ITAB installed a smart, modern concept bringing postal services into the present day.

Using our expertise to enhance consumer experience

To support our customer with this sleek and modern concept, we utilised our team’s expert knowledge and support of our partners to develop quality solutions that can be seen throughout the store. With designated service areas we were able to implement a calm, enjoyable experience for consumers. Track lights were used to highlight features such as the new gift shop and self-serve packaging areas.

Keeping Omniva ahead of the game

Our work on through this project and has not only given the store longevity but the end result also supports operationally. The self-service packaging areas reduce time spent by staff assisting consumers, allowing them to offer a faster, efficient service.

Service efficiencies

It has also allowed Omniva to remain inclusive for all their consumer base. A new gift shop area, allows those who prefer to spend time buying souvenirs and more traditional items such as postage stamps and postcards.

Our successful solution, which began rolling out in 2022, will now be completed across all Omniva post offices in Estonia by the end of 2024. We’re proud to be continuing this partnership with Omniva.
